What the form uses
- Contact details: name, email, and an optional phone number.
- Setup details: device type, help preference, referral source, campaign source, and an optional message.
- Purpose: respond to the request, provide device-specific help, confirm receipt, and understand which campaign brought the visitor to the page.
- Service providers: the hosting and transactional-email providers process the request only to operate this workflow.
- Support records: requests and replies are handled through support email. Contact support to ask about or request deletion of your information. Hosting and email providers may retain operational records under their own policies.
- Your choice: submitting the form is optional. Visitors can instead email support directly.
- Retry protection: the form keeps a random submission identifier, a checksum of the form contents, and a timestamp in this browser tab to prevent duplicate messages when you retry. It does not save your message text in browser storage. This record is cleared after confirmed submission or when the tab closes, and is reused for no more than 23 hours.
Do not send sensitive information
Never include passwords, payment-card details, account credentials, or government identification in the setup form or email.
How you found us
The form includes your selected referral source and any campaign label in the page link. We may also identify a search or AI service from the referring website when your browser provides it. We keep only the service name, not its full address or search terms. No new analytics subscription or tracking cookie is used for this attribution.
